It’s been an absolutely crazy, hectic week with yet another snow storm capping everything off in the CLE. I really was planning on blogging during the week, but after waking up at 5:15 a.m. Friday morning to get out the door by 6:00 a.m. to make it to work by 7ish, blogging was not in my plans. (By the way…made it to work at 7:15 a.m. Not too shabby all things considering.)

Yes, I hate the snow but there’s so many exciting things going on in the CLE that I’m going to overlook the snow.

I, along with so many other Clevelanders, are so excited about what’s going on in
Downtown Cleveland. It’s great to see the city revitalized and new opportunities coming to the city. It’s great working Downtown and being able to see so many of these changes and opportunities firsthand.

And I cannot wait till Avengers shows up in Downtown Cleveland. When the announcement came, I’m sure lots of Clevelanders realized what this will do for our city. I know I’m going to be keeping my eyes open for the stars of the movie at some of the great local restaurants, or the West Side Market, or just walking down the street. I’m seriously hoping that the movie is being shot near my work, obviously.

But most exciting is what this movie is going to do for the Cleveland economy. Jobs are going to be created, people are going to be coming to Cleveland and those outside of the city will see all that we have to offer.

So get ready Clevelanders…the Hollywood lights will be shining here soon enough!
