Seriously 2014, knock this nonsense off. How is January almost over already?
After ringing in 2014 with some awesome friends, the year has been off to a fast start. With work trips, a serious battle with insomnia, (I’m averaging 2.5 hours a night – any suggestions on to deal?) some serious convos, thyroid issues and busy weekends, I’m ready for 2014 to slow down.
But in the meantime, my weekends have been jam packed. Between a much needed girls night in with clefoodgoddess, multiple brunch plans (my most favorite meal) and catching up with friends, the year has been off to a not bad start at all.
Oh and let’s not forget – The Bachelor is back and better than ever. I’m loving Juan-uary. (Yes, I’m a reality and pop culture fanatic. I admit it.)

Meltonin is good you can find it in health foods stores or some drug stores!
And anything with L’triptifan (spelled as sounds) milk has it.

I second what Mark says about melatonin. I’m a very light sleeper and often find it hard to fall asleep. I just started using Nature’s Best Natural Sleep Aid, and it works really well!
Juan-uary – love it!!! I’m so glad the dog girl is finally gone even though her pooch was adorable.
