I have people close to my in my life that I admire (mainly The BFF) but I also seriously admire this woman, Bethenny Frankel.
I’m just starting reading “A Place of Yes”, which I hear will change my life, but the thing that I love the most about Bethenny is that she never stopped. I see a lot of myself in Bethenny. Independent and career-driven especially. She knew what she wanted, she knew there’d be struggles and yet she kept going. And she literally has it all.
So, besides a close friend/family member (or maybe in addition to) who is someone that you admire?
I just finished Tina Fey’s Bossypants and loved it. I have a new love and respect for her too!
Love Bethenny. I’m reading A Place of Yes right now too. Add that to the agenda for Thurs.
I just started but have part of my evening carved away tonight to dive into it some more. I really want her to be my friend.
I just started reading her book as well. Love love LOVE her! (I may or may not have sent her an obsessed fan letter years back before she ever hit it big, asking for a job.) Coolest thing about it was I emailed her asking where I can send letters to, and JULIE her assistant emailed me back!! So I (kind of) got to talk to Julie. Her book, Naturally Thin totally reprogrammed the way I think about food. She’s also my hero, and my BFF in my own head. Haha!
