My birthday week/month was really fabulous. It was. And it kept getting better. And it got even better when I won a dinner for two as part of the Blast from the Past contest at Table 45. I’ve never been to Table 45 (I love Zach Bruell restaurants though). I was so excited to win and it came on the tails of my birthday and in the middle of my literally 14 days out in a row (or more).

Smitten in CLE was a fantastic date and the company at the Chef’s Table was fabulous. And every course was fantastic, as well as the accompanying wine (six glasses of wine made me a very happy girl).

Being able to watch the Chef and his staff hard at work at feeding us, explaining every course and technique, while our host provided glass upon glass of wine was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I can’t explain half of what we had but it was all amazing – enjoy the pics and get yourself to Table 45!
